This enterprise was established in August 2015 by the current Lead attorney and founding Director, Mr Thomas Motale.
Mr Thomas Motale, was employed at the National Prosecuting Authority of SA where he started in the junior ranks until he became a District Court Prosecutor in the years of 2005 to 2010. This is where he gained a sound grounding from various mentors: from case load handling, prioritizing and finalizing of matters right up to the taxation of defense attorney's fees.
From 2011 onwards he received further practical experience and exposure at the legal Education and Development Centre, where he was involved in advancing the courses of people who could not afford legal representation. In this phase of his early development he handled complex cases, some public interest in nature.

All Criminal cases where court appearances are due will be arranged in consultation with our legal firm’s administrative manger to ensure attendance of plaintiffs/defendants and their respective witnesses as the case may be and by agreement with the client’s representative from our firm

Mosa Masubelele has a Diploma in secretarial and has gathered more certification in legal Secretary. These qualifications and experience have helped her to understand that the client's needs come first. Meet our Office Manager Mogale Motala he is a very humble and helpful individual who is mostly responsible for making sure that the filing is in order, setting up appointments for the lead attorney, and administration of the internal processes. He makes sure that everything in the office is running smoothly and all documents are in order before submission.
Molefe Loate , joined Motala Attorneys in 2020 as Candidate Attorney, he is currently acquiring experience in different fields of Law, he is a hardworking and responsible individual who puts the interests of the clients first.
